TaskLink is a digital platform designed to connect companieswith qualified freelancers for tech tasks and projects.
We are not responsible for:
- The quality of work delivered by freelancers
- Payment agreements outside the platform
- Disputesbetween users
However, we provide tools such as task management and secure payments (escrow)to support safe collaboration.
3. User Accounts
To register as a freelancer or company, you must:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain only one account
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not impersonate any person or organization
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. User Responsibilities
Freelancers
- Deliver work on time
- Maintain professionalism
- Provide accurate skills and experience
- Use the platform for lawful purposes
Companies
- Provide clear task descriptions
- Respect agreed payment terms
- Communicate professionally with freelancers
5. Payments & Fees
- Freelancers agree to an 8% commission on completed tasks.
- Companies may be required to pay service or escrow fees.
- All payments should be processed through TaskLink's system.
- TaskLink is not responsible for payments done outside the platform.
Wereserve the right to adjust fees with prior notice.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Use the platform to bypass TaskLink’s payment system
- Spam or harass other users
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
Violations may lead to account suspension or removal.
7. Limitation of Liability
TaskLink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Damages resulting from user actions
- Loss of data
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Disputes between freelancers and companies
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate the Terms
- Engage in harmful behavior
- Attempt to misuse the platform
Users may delete their account at any time by contactingsupport.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology used onTaskLink are owned by TaskLink.
Users may not copy, redistribute, or modify platform materials.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditionsat any time.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
